PANEL DISCUSSION: Hues on the Menu

Beyond just the aesthetics, colour plays a vital role in our food choices and overall dining experiences.

Whether  you’re a food enthusiast, a culinary professional, or simply curious  about the fascinating interplay between sight and taste, join us for a  panel presentation, moderated  by Montaha Hidefi, as we uncover the nuances of Hues on the Menu and  gain a deeper appreciation for the colourful world of gastronomy.

In  this engaging panel session, four colour experts with different  backgrounds will serve on the table the intricate relationship between  colour and flavor perception, revealing  how visual cues can significantly influence our taste and enjoyment of  food. They will delve into the captivating world of food colours and  their profound influence on how we perceive and experience the culinary  delights on our plates.
